Management Structures

The management structure of the PRIAT Project is designed to be simple, flexible and efficient in achieving its aims: to process knowledge and information fast and to ensure implementation of objectives. The Project Coordination Office consists of Coordinator, Scientific Deputies, and Project Coordination Office. The Project Coordination office reports to the EU on scientific and administration matter. Furthermore, the Project Coordination Office receives advice from an independent Scientific Advisory Board and from the Ethics Committee. The Project Management Board consists of Coordinator, Project Coordination Office and Work Package Leaders.

In order to facilitate communication annual meetings of all the members of the Project Management Board, the Ethics Committee, and the Scientific Advisory Board are scheduled.
